Philosophy and Mission
Rachelle’s philosophy is one of a holistic view. Our body is intricately connected as a whole and sometimes, somewhere along the line we can lose the ability to really tune into our own physical & emotional needs. Life can get rather busy & focusing on ourselves is not something women find easy to do. Teaching simple and quick health & wellbeing strategies to integrate into women’s lives is something she is passionate about.
She has completed a vast selection of education about the human body and educates women on how their body works, how to honour it and connect the physical and mind as one. Rachelle has a keen interest in the peri to post-menopausal woman and beyond, believing these years to be our best years if balanced well. She is also a movement coach helping women to integrate into or back into exercise/movement in a safe and sustainable way.
Her mission is to help women truly understand their amazing and unique body throughout their life transitions. Supporting them to find and create a well-balanced life they love.

About Rachelle
Hi I am Rachelle and owner of Rachelle Anne Coaching and MEE Active.
I am glad you are here.
MEE Active has been in operation for the past decade supporting women and some men to find movement they enjoy and gain confidence in their bodies.
As I have evolved as a business owner and practitioner I started to see where women particularly midlife women were being underserved, dismissed and there was a lack of quality information made available to them about their changing bodies.
I decided to up-skill in this area and focus my attention on supporting midlife women create their next chapter of life. Hence Rachelle Anne Coach was created.
We are faced with a transition at midlife, our bodies change, our lives change and we start to question who we are and what we want from life.
I’ve made that accessible with quality and science based evidence from the latest research for you so you can advocate for yourself. I will teach you how!
So you can get to know me a little better this is some of my history, present and future.
From puberty onwards I always struggled with my weight and body image, yo yo diets, fads plus you name it I tried it. I never loved sport or exercise as a child and had a pretty unusual and traumatic upbringing. Food was my friend and my enemy. I swirled out of control with disordered eating and body image issues for most of my 20’s to early 40’s.
These days my life is very different. My approach is one of balanced living, joy and movement. When you understand your body well it allows you freedom to do, which builds your self-belief and confidence.
I have an adventurous side and love to explore different ways to move. I love to lift heavy things and resistance train as well as getting on my bike and riding with the wind through my hair. Life and movement are to be enjoyed and to have fun with.
Being firmly planted in midlife myself, I know this time of life can often be confusing for many women as our bodies change and shift with age. The programs I have developed specifically for the midlife woman will help you gain clarity and practical knowledge, in simple terms with strategies to help you feel well, live happier and find the energy you need to live a balanced life. We want to age well and be able to live a full life into our senior years.
One of my highest values is learning. I love to learn and I am always studying.
At the moment I am furthering my education to understand the relationship between pain and the brain. And I am also learning about biotensegrity and what impact that has on rehabilitation and helping our bodies be more mobile and flexible as we age.
I also have a passion for the Core (abdominal) system and run a very unique program, which specialises in the core and pelvic floor and educates women on how they can use the core and pelvic floor in everyday life functionally. This program is a one of its kind.
I am exceptionally proud of the business and community I have built over the past decade. I have learnt a lot and most importantly met and helped many wonderful women step off the sidelines and lean into life. I can help you too, if you are ready. All you need to do is reach out and let’s discuss how I can best support you.
