Our unique mind-body-soul assessment tool will demonstrate the areas we need to focus on in your life with simple strategies and practical applications.

We start with one area and don’t overwhelm you with confusing health strategies or ask you to try and change everything. We will never ask you to diet or restrict.

Peri-menopause & menopause

A deep & individual look – connecting the dots into the transition you are experiencing right now at midlife.

We do an in depth analysis of your peri to post-menopausal health and hormones with natural (no shakes, pills, potions) solutions to help you.

We will work with your other allied health professionals to support you to be listened to and care for.

MY APPROACH

We teach women to deeply connect with their mind and bodies 
We help you overcome your fears, break through barriers & increase your self-belief so you can step off the sidelines of life. 
We work closely with you through our 3 key phases

together

Phase 1: Building You From The Inside Out.

Here we start with gentle, foundational movement. We focus on retraining the breath and slowly building upon motion IQ, allowing you to explore what your body is capable of. We match the level of activity to your body. Also concentrating on your mindset and lifestyle habits. Adding simple strategies to support your overall wellbeing including understanding the cyclic nature of a woman’s body.  

Phase 2: Mind-Body Connection.

We now build on the foundations of motion IQ, bringing your awareness to how deeply your mind and body connects through movement and wellbeing strategies. This creates body trust. We begin to slowly increase the load and intensity of each session. In this phase is where you may experience some A-HA moments! 

Phase 3: Power and Resilience.

You will notice significant changes in your physical and mental health along with a more positive mindset & understanding your body better. You will feel alive and energetic, rising to claim your space in this world. Now is the time we build more into your coaching working on furthering your strength, understanding and resilience for the long term.


I’m Rachelle-Anne.

I have been practicing as a Holistic Women’s Movement and Wellness coach for almost a decade.

Upholding strong core values on accepting all bodies as they are as well as identifying how movement and lifestyle strategies can be incorporated into one’s life with harmony and balance, my passion lies in teaching women the strategies required to live a fun and full-filling life.

I work with women all over the world who want to enjoy movement that suits them, without pain or anxiety.

Diving deep into the connection between the mind and the body, hormones and the cyclic nature of a woman’s body helps to support my clientele through the many transitions a woman faces in her lifetime.

Over the years, I have helped hundreds of busy women step off the sidelines of life and live well……..so you are absolutely in the right place!
